1. The point of the candle problem is to get people to think out side of the box.
2. It tested to see if someone works better for a reward.
3. If people want to perform better you reward them.
4. There is a difference between what science knows and what business does.
5. Motivation that comes from outside the person.
6. Motivation that comes from an internal source
7. Rewards increase our focus
8. Bonuses work when we are doing a straight forward task.

My first few days have been alright. they were kinda boring.

What I did over summer

Over summer i didn't do much, I went to Durango with my church for a week though. While in durango we went rafting and my raft flipped over. A week later I went to a concert with my sister at the Nile theater and we went to go see a band called ghost town. Other then those 2 things the only stuff i did was hang out with my girlfriend and friends as well as play video games all day long and thats how my summer was. i didnt have an event full summer thus a boring summer.
